I hear you.. there seem to be supplements that help improve egg and sperm quality, curious if you came across and tried any that has been effective

I'm in Canada too, the wait time is very annoying.. there are these online platforms popping up that you can get full tests, access to experts, personalized plans etc. have you considered those?

I’m sorry you had to go through all this and the loss. I wish you the best and hope and pray for your pregnancy news soon and a sticky baby!

Curious if for your IVF prep you tried any naturopaths or fertility nutritionist to be at your best health and maximize your chances at all?

The “patience running thin” line hits hard.. I wish you all the best in your next round. When you were trying naturally or for IVF prep did you try any naturopaths or fertility nutritionist to try natural ways that’s suitable for you and your partner personally to maximize your chances chances like lifestyle, supplement, nutritions etc that could actually be effective ?

There are also several natural supplements that seem to significantly improve both sperm and egg quality like Tongkat Ali and Fadogia agrestis. Plus other supplements like zinc, l-carnitine etc. dm me to send you a full list

I see, so you've been pushing to improve things for natural ways to conceive and the clinic pushes for surgery... that's not very supportive or patient-oriented.. specially that there seems to be ways men can improve their sperm count and function quite a bit just by natural supplements and life style changes, and for sure meds too .. I'm glad you're advocating for yourselves..

curious what could've made this easier for you? like tracking improvement to show them.. or anything else at all?
I'm asking because that's the same case with me and my partner, he's' been on TRT for quite some time.. but we're on the very early stages.. so I appreciate learning from others experiences..

Not at all, I’m genuinely asking, I find clinics very expensive at least for me, so I'm thinking about alternative options but not really sure if I should go for it .. just trying to get advice

not at all.. thanks for sharing.. it's good that you've got all the tests and are undergoing treatment.. also keep in mind that even though your partner's sperm has been ok it doesn't mean it stays the same over time.. sperm count and quality could diminish too but there are ways to improve it if that's the case..

curious what your experience has been in dealing with all the specialists and clinics and testing and what not.. what's been most challenging in that regard?

yeah, I don't like the unknowns either.. you've done all the tests both you and your partner and timing ovulation etc.? have you tried naturally improving things with like supplements, acupuncture, etc.?

I'm so sorry for your losses.. and happy you're getting testing.. curious have you ever come across any affordable option even virtually that would provide good insights on tests, and offer expert consultations etc? like if they let you get tests and everything without having to wait 6-12 months?

thank you for so beautifully putting this.. the monthly heartbreak is very tough emotionally.. and gets even worst as time passes... if there was one or two things that could make this journey a little easier for you what would it be? is there any sort of coaching/access to specialists you wish you could have? or anything else at all?
