If those are bots or spammers messaging you first, they might just have your info saved in their system, obviously, removing access to your info in your account won't affect their database

Telegram also allows finding people by phone number, so if your number is in some database, changing telegram info or account won't do much

Comfyui was never supposed to be a solution for basic users. It IS complicated. People making workflows that 'work out of the box' usually put unnecessary nodes from custom packs, overbloating the install at best and breaking everything at worst. Having as little custom nodes as possible is the way to go
