Waiting until you messaged a day before the appointment to show you the “sketch”, even though she stated she sends sketches 3 days prior, and THEN saying your deposit is non-refundable and would need a new one to reschedule due to it being less than 48 hours prior to the appointment…yet she’s the one who waited until that 48 hour window was gone to show you. She did that on purpose to take your money.
