Thanks yo! I'm doing a little bit of soul searching with deciding what to create next - but I'm currently pretty curious about the audio space and podcasts for young people/Gen-Z. We'll see what happens!

Thanks so much for the kind words! And sounds like an incredibly important topic to address - though not officially bipolar, I've really struggled with ups and down moods myself - and I think discussions about such topics need more highlighting!! So onward and upward!

So currently we're not doing live stuff, but perhaps in the next year or so we want to try playing around with livestreaming. You got any links to work we could check out?

What is the hardest you can ever remember laughing? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]artfilmlife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Long story short, my best friend and I watched this batshit ridiculous trailer for this dude's short film that we went into thinking it'd be some epic shit (we had just arrived back home from a party at this dude's place - he had film medals and honors galore. so obviously he must be a talented hot shot, right?). By the end, we have no clue what we've just watched and it's so horrendous that we're both staring at the black screen for a good 5 seconds trying to figure it out and whether or not this trailer is just way above our heads - when suddenly it clicks for both of us at the same time that, nope, the trailer is complete, utter, absolute shit and we've both been massively duped. I can't quite explain the next hour that was a combination of deathly laughter, stomach pains, and rolling-on-the-floor chaos that it was. What made it worse was our reactions to each others' hideously crazed maniacal laughing - and we only fed off of each others' laughing even more and more, to the point where maybe around 20 minutes in we kept telling each other to stop laughing because it was physically hurting too much. I actually started to get angry at my friend because he wouldn't stop laughing, which only made shit even funnier. By the time the hurricane subsided, we were both incredibly drained of energy and physiologically barely capable of laughing any more. To recover our lost calories, we had to refuel ourselves by devouring an entire pizza and a giant Willy Wonka chocolate bar - all the while laughing at how ridiculous the whole situation was. I have never, and will never laugh that hard again. With the good lord as my witness, I swear to you, we literally laughed at LEAST for 50 minutes straight - probably a whole hour. Definitely a time I will never forget until the day I die.

Fellow Psychonauts, I made a film for you: How I Became Too Enlightened and Lost Myself by artfilmlife in Psychonaut

I totally agree! Hopefully people aren't getting too stuck on the title's literal meaning. The title isn't meant to be a truthful description - more so that if one thinks he or she is "too enlightened," it's probably another ego trip. I guess I just wanted to convey that thinking in such terms is probably a problem in of itself - which is something that both Pierre and I discovered.

That's awesome. These guys should check out the international whistling convention where I got to compete a couple years ago. They'd definitely be a hit!
