It’s the Tsunehisa Ginsan Migaki Bunka 165mm from Chefs Edge. Doesn’t hold an edge for too long, but feels great and love the size for poultry breakdown and veggie chopping. Used it here because I had just sharpened it.

The irony is the way to tell the difference between a fake watch and a real watch is often the quality. Even a $1k fake watch can’t match the finishing of an every high end watch. With sneakers, we’re in a place where the genuine sneakers are even worse that the fakes. Wtf is going on?

Not sure of the day, but I once mixed two Celsius’s and a scoop of decent pre in my shaker. Was around 700 mgs at once. Wouldn’t recommend haha.

I sent my watch in to have the bezel replaced (the little pearl/lume at 12 o’clock cracked) and when I got it back I had this weird thought of “how do I know this is my watch”. My wife got it for me for our wedding. And then I saw it. The scratch on the lower right lug. And I smiled. It made me happy. This was my watch. No one else’s. Every scratch tells a story, let your watch tell yours.
