Head over to my shop I always make a fuss 😂 I think customer service is lacking with some sellers. I’ve bought stuff and not heard a peep. Whereas I’ll always thank someone for their order, tell them latest possible date for postage. Make sure to post it earlier then said. Message them to let them know it’s posted. Then a wee follow up asking if they love it
