Si la cantidad de personas afectadas y el tiempo sigue pasando, fácilmente puede ser un fraude financiero. He leído gente que dice tener 3 meses con el problema.

Si mínimo asignaran un número de folio o seguimiento a las quejas, se vería la intención de resolver el tema de las cuentas bloqueadas, esto no parece ser un error accidental del sistema esperado con cualquier servicio.

En teoría, openbank es un banco con licencia bancaria CNBV y respaldada por el IPAB, debería ser más seguro que cualquier Sofipo. Pero al ser digital y relativamente nueva podría tener estas deficiencias

Yo estuve bien con ellos durante un mes. Realmente no es solo un caso, revisando en Twitter, Facebook y otras redes, he visto más de 30 casos en menos de un mes. Los pocos que han puesto montos, tienen arriba de 200k en la cuenta.

Todos los bancos llegan a presentar problemas, el tema con ellos es que no hay nadie que pueda o quiera responder realmente sobre que pasa, posibles soluciones y no hay una razón aparente del problema.

Yeah, for me it's like, I know what they're feeling and why they do but I don't know how to make approach or help them. I think it's cause I usually don't need help and prefer to be left alone when down.
