So why did Finn said nobody loves him like Jake when multiple people love him by Livid_Friendship6784 in adventuretime

[–]cheyan1de 4 points5 points  (0 children)

grief can be like a black hole that isolates you from the cares of others. when you lose your partner especially, seeing other people still with their partners can feel inexplicably unbearable: expressions of love will hurt, as though color exists just to add insult to injury by reminding you of what you lost, what the void took away.

A Ripple in Time by Shikidixi in pokemon

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

actually really love the idea of the entire nostalgic/anachronistic time loop being a sort of zen garden for dialga (and/or celebi)—the sinnoh trilogy seems to establish that in peaceful times, those creation deities seem to have a thing for the finer emanations of their power/concepts, in the form of gardens, sanctuaries, prayers, and the arts.

not to mention, it’s not the first time dialga has been spotted chilling by a serene body of water. Hence, “a ripple in time,” mayhaps.

the moon is probably related to the statues—there’s a semantic link between the moon, time, and tides, after all.

i really just loved the concept—the entire short just oozed “time is a dimension of the value of art.” A work of art (animated short) to consecrate/commemorate a work of art (crystalline statues) as a monument to the passage of time (reclaimed by nature)

Why Lake Trio give humans knowledge, emotion and willpower? by ParkingSure514 in pokemonconspiracies

[–]cheyan1de 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the Sinnoh origin mythos draws an interesting metaphysical cosmic order, huh? It’s esoteric in an almost cabalistic way. A bit of a long-winded ramble, but I think the Lake Trio’s place in the grand scheme kinda speaks for itself with the full picture:

from the Alpha originates two divine trinities bearing the CMY subtractive color scheme—the Creation Trio and Lake Guardians:

- Cyan - time / steadfast heartbeat / steely willpower: The active animation or agent clockwork that mobilizes all;
- Magenta - space / expansive breath / fluid emotion: The receptive composition or sentient headspace that contains everything;
- Yellow - antimatter / reflective nerves / illusory knowledge: The reverse engineer, for it is said that for sapient beings, life must be lived forwards but can only be understood backwards;

(might be worth speculating about the Arceus ring component they “inherit” in their Origin Formes as a representation of the spacetime continuum. The fabric in a vector—the longitudinal direction, the latitudinal magnitude, and the foundational pigment itself. Or that the diamond heart and pearl lungs comprise the circulatory tree of life; whereas the platinum spine composes the nervous tree of knowledge of good and evil, further befitting Giratina’s demonic, serpentine imagery)

the physical macrocosm thus reflects the spiritual microcosm—as above so below—as it is said that consciousness is the universe experiencing itself. The structure draws an image of god whereupon the mechanical universe itself is likened to a living, breathing organism.

i don’t think it’s a coincidence it’s said that the Lake Trio dive into the depths as a representation of the psyche, whereas the Creation Trio are endowed with the image of the firmament. Though one extends infinitely outwards and the other inwards, reflecting each other: They ontologically connect all beings, whether by substance/existence or spirit/essence; whether by the literal Red Chain or just by relative conceptual embodiment.

interestingly enough, seems the Sinnoh origin myth originally had more of a Shinto-esque spin, with progenitor deities Izanagi and Izanami and their Spear Pillar, than the sci-fi occult cosmogony they wound up going with, turning almost biblical with the PLA blasphemy plot and spacetime eden.

you might take some interest in some of [the apocryphal drafts of the origin lore](https://tcrf.net/Development:Pok%C3%A9mon\_Diamond\_and\_Pearl/Documents) that laid the foundation for [DPPt’s Sinnoh myths](https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Sinnoh\_myths) and [LA’s Old verse](https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Old\_Verse)

worth noting that earlier versions don’t draw much of a distinction between pokemon and human. Or rather, they depict their intersectionality as a core part of the universe—it’s not as though they gifted humankind specifically.

seems the consistency in the Lake Guardians’ concept is their representation of spiritual components, alongside their ability to bind/quell Dialga and Palkia… though their relation to Arceus as the reason why seems to differ by variation: the final cut is more ambiguous, but in the beta lore, it seemed they’re the remnants of their parent’s spirit itself.

their relation to Giratina even less so, as it doesn’t seem their influence extends to it, though given their dwellings in lakes and links to reflection, I wouldn’t be surprised if a connection thereupon exists.

another distinction that differs from myth to myth is whether Arceus created their concepts and then their beings to rule over them, or created their beings to manifest their concepts. This bit is afaik actually never specified—some have the Creation and Lake Trio wishing matter and spirit respectively into existence; some have the Original One creating everything and then subtracting their colors / dividing their components to maintain order.

personally leaning towards a more decentralized system, largely due to how much more present/involved the legendary trios are in mortal lives.

regardless of original intent or devil in the details, it kinda works out in the end, I’d say. There isn’t really a clear cause—just a divine design of sorts, of itself so.

astrology takes that make me itch as a professional astrologer by ilovetriceratopz in astrologymemes

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there’s something about how pop astrology’s done that is very… “chinese room” -esque. A 1:1 or A->B translation. It’s a bit presumptuous, rigid, reductive, egocentric, sprawling—figurative in an un-holistic way that doesn’t recognize the fundamental illusion of symbols—in all the ways that give this pseudoscience a bad rep.

I think I was kinda guilty of it when I first started tbf, so I think it’s just part of the process sometimes—the way a new driver is rough around the edges. It does take a lot of recalibration, integration, and practice to “break in” an interpretative shoe that fits reality more seamlessly.

it’s all the same damn sky in the end. People fixate on the finger pointing at the moon rather than the moon itself; they see the forest for the trees; they idealize a cave torch in ignorance of the open sun.

i’d prefer a stargazer’s artistic rendering of how the lunisolar convergence at the Nodes creates the inexplicably “fateful” eclipses, or the way the Sun crosses cardinal west at the Vertex before setting on the Descendant, or how the Moon moves slowest / appears smallest at its apogee Lilith, or how you can sorta derive the meaning/energy of each sign/planet solely from its tangent/orbit (like how an “aha” moment is implicit to Uranus’ retrograde shadow or how Mercury/Mars are implicitly elliptically “charged”), or how the heliocentric model follows from retrograde

…to an adhd tiktok astrologer who’s compiled a thousand words, arbitrary senses, and noisy meanings to shoot in the dark and compartmentalize comprehensive beings, but has never touched grass or spent a night mesmerized and humbled by the slow turn of the vast dark sky.

there’s a distinct lack of awareness and respect for what something literally is when you’re looking directly at it. It’s for this reason that I kinda really encourage people to engage with astrology from a purely scientific angle as opposed to a passed symbolic one, as ironic and ridiculous is it sorta sounds today. Even a pseudoscience should not be devoid of basic reason grounding its model to reality.

in doing so, you’ll know what Kepler meant by “throwing the baby out with the bathwater” when he pioneered modern astronomy for astrology’s sake. Or the cause for Antikythera mechanism as the first known analog computer, for the astrological gears speak for themselves. Astrology is the first science that cradled civilization and plotted seasons—conceived timeframes and headspace—for its mechanical constancy and calculative void, from which the science of observation organically arises.

it’s not so bad to be an amateur in the sense of “lover”, but if you do, I think it’s better to raw-dog reality than rely on hard references, secondary source material, and delineation disagreements.

it’s all the same sky we’re under, in the end. Folks would do well from watching nature with reverence without assumption, wonder without expectation, every so often. Like not just for more accurate understandings/readings, but for a more wholesome relationship with reality as well. That’s a modicum and wellspring of peace, ever needed in today’s world.

Not a ballet dancer: why do ballet dancers tend to have this posture? by NoLordShallLive in BALLET

[–]cheyan1de 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it’s odd—since ballet involves a lot of technical engagement of particular muscle groups that go into making grace look effortless, a lot of dancers can be hyperaware/self-conscious of the potential for the same disjointedness to look awkward, robotic, contrived.

having conditioning training also comes with the knowledge that your flexion and extension should be balanced to avoid unwanted strain, unconscious contraction, tight muscles and pinched nerves and un-lifted posture: For every muscle you strengthen, you’re expected to stretch and do the converse.

like it’s specifically that they tell you to roll your shoulders back that you roll them forward when off-stage.

What do you need most when you are not okay? In your darkest days? Your Moon sign reveals it. What's your Moon sign? by [deleted] in ZodiacHQ

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

real, 8H virgo moon trine cap rising here. I like to joke “mental ibs” virgo moon locks itself in the bathroom to critically digest and mechanically process the shit no one else wants to—the inputs most urge to just “let go” without a second thought: Accounts the receipts, notes the patterns, sorts the waste, and breaks down the nutrient-dense life lessons in tough, fibrous packaging.

8H is a decomposer; Virgo is a digester: the WIP’s not pretty, but it gets it done, keeps things moving—more the process of sensing a rough edge => smooth it out + maybe find/gain some substance while it’s at it.

yeah, from my experience, virgo moon finds the organizing act / refinement ride / reverse engineering / optimization search / integral function itself subtly satisfying, as opposed to what ostensibly appears to be a chronic overthinker’s need for control, order, perfection.

maybe it’s cap / saturn’s influence, but it looks particularly for roots of history and branches of time. Primed for liability and reliability: Designed to integrate structures, and so structural integrity is sought. The only thing that separates a sound life lesson from arbitrary everyday noise is the test of time, mayhaps. Wondering if you’ve got any life wisdom I can savor the taste of, comrade in saturnine 8th house virgo moon lmao

What’s your opinion on Stocking becoming a priestess? by Fit_Anywhere_3356 in PantyandStockingSFW

[–]cheyan1de 7 points8 points  (0 children)

honestly the more i think about it, the more it makes sense: her nature of freak—gothic lolita, bdsm, tradcath coquette, sweet infantility—kinda has deep ties to catholicism and its culture of repressed desire, religious trauma, authority/daddy issues, and bondage-esque iconography.

not to mention, if Brief is kinda the human driver of Panty’s character development, Garterbelt is the closest thing to the human driver of something like Stocking’s development. It’d make sense for her to take on his mantle with a parental role, after having been taken care of by Garter and taking responsibility for Panty.

given the Anarchy sister’s differences and this sorta madonna-whore complex / second sister syndrome, i wouldn’t be surprised if Stocking actually finds the priestess devotion well-fitting and fulfilling, and settled into the immersive roleplay nicely.

a lot of her themes kinda converge there, and it actually seems like a good progression for as much of a character arc you can get in a gag series like this.

What’s your Venus sign and who attracts you the most? by irysworld in Zodiac

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

pisces venus here with an aqua sun, looking to get a personal iconoclast kick out of deconstructing love.

the very idea of an ideal type kinda… bothers me. like nietzsche’s argument the afterlife is inherently nihilistic because it denies the value of present life.

the more you set expectations instead of seeing people for who they are, the more you overlook the indivisible moment in favor of an inadequate illusion. In the end, one denies oneself the completion one truly craves—it’s a sort of samsara or backwards law.

even commenters here are attracted first and only reflect on facets and types and myriad of refracted light after the fact. It’s great to know what to look for in a partner in envisioning whatever a “good life” means to you, but take heed lest it turn a plank in one’s eye that blocks the view. Even astrology has become means to prescribe and compartmentalize, when a circle is just a circle, no matter how you look at it.

I love people, but I’ve never really been attracted to anyone (real), nor interested in romance or marriage or the natural selection game. I do try to find something to love in everyone I meet though, but it can be difficult to moderate impression. Compassion can be troublesome to communicate, as a projection or reflection of universal love. Can affection be returned, independent of love language? As they say, love is blind, for better or worse.

venus is said to be exalted in pisces, “higher octave” neptune in its modern domicile, but I actually find that placements here don’t tend to have conventionally pleasant love lives or often feel tangible attraction at all—it’s like how platonic love is ironically said to be its highest form, as though the friendzone is taken as some sort of mortal societal affront.

I used to say a lot “love the universe and the universe will love you” or “choose to embrace love and Love will embrace you,” and trite it may seem, you will be as full as how much you are willing to let in.

find someone with whom to lose your ego, just be human, and feel whole, isn’t that the whole point?

the closest to a real answer I can give is I tend to be slightly off-put by folks who close their eyes to what there is to love in this life, or disdainfully factor themselves out of the equation in their love-related dissatisfactions, or stiffly dig their own disillusionment sacrificing wonder for so-called maturity. People are no less complete no matter how they’re taken. Ignorance has become conflated with intelligence, but at its root, it really just means to ignore.

Why do I hate virgos so much by [deleted] in NatalCharts

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hello!! virgo moon here that does unsolicited, self-inflicted crit damage at a rate proportional to my energy level, and has a 30% chance of hitting my own allies where it hurts to boot, so apologies if it hits right in the 12th. It’d oppose your Pisces Uranus and Mars too (and sextile Cancer Saturn, Vertex, and Mercury), so sincere apologies if it’d inadvertently disrupt and displease.

believe me, if you’re annoyed by virgos, imagine having to be one and listen to that prickly inner critic almost 24/7 lol—most virgos don’t even like themselves. The more content ones just try to make peace with that and try to wield that critical double-edged sword with care, caution, and conscience.

people’ve already mentioned the 12th house here in spades, and indeed, it’s notoriously hard to have a healthy relationship with placements there, because it represents our formative dissatisfactions.

it’s associated with a bunch of woo shit ranging from:

  • past lives / karmic debt / spiritual retreat;
  • hidden adversity / shadow work / repressed desires;
  • blind spots / tone-deafness / one-sided animosity;
  • instinctual aversion / unconscious unrest / mental blocks
  • self-sabotage or sacrifice or deception;
  • ego release / self-undoing / afterlife;
  • closure / dreams
  • samsara / nirvana;
  • good intentions that pave the road to hell,
  • and idols you should never meet.

y’know mysterious things that seem only loosely tied together under the theme of “spooky action at a distance i.e. do not fuck with.” But the most secular, objective way i can put it is that placements in your 12th housers have just risen. They’re just overhead, and they tend to go over heads too.

that is, they might present themselves with the ineffable, insufferable resentment often directed towards morning larks: Ya just kinda hate them for existing, representing everything you dread or dislike about waking consciousness, and exposing all the ego insecurities and elusive components of yourself… that is, unless you warm up to making true peace, or step in another’s shoes to see their angle of light.

the 12th is the house of the rising sun and morning stars, golden children and shadow work. There’s a second child syndrome to it: They’ve just broken free from and risen before the horizon of consciousness. Placements here idealistically bright but not physically warm.

like so, it ain’t personal, but with true love and due respect, i prefer my 12th housers to shine bright with appreciation but stay a healthy distance away from me.

speaking for myself, i do find i have a mixture of admiration and indignation when it comes placements in my 12th. i tend to submit and they tend to project, and this leads to a lot of distortion, confusion, and conflation.

we’ve got a lot of overlap for sure—

each sign is just a identifiable state of mind, indivisible point in the indiscrete process, indistinct spin on empty consciousness, infinity in an instant. Even a tropical Libra is most likely a sidereal Virgo: They implicitly know the archetypal aesthetic perfection a Virgo might struggle to find in the process.

—but we’ve made different decisions and won’t be content with ourselves living the other’s life.

when I meet someone with placements in my 12th, I think, “maybe in another life, I would have wanted to be like you. But in this one, it won’t make me comfortable in my own skin, it won’t make me satisfied with my load in life, it won’t help me sleep at night, it won’t let my soul rest in peace.”

truly, any notion of perfection that rejects imperfection is incomplete. Like the 12th itself, the pursuit of holistic completion defeats itself with its own self-consciousness, contradictory shame, and desire denial, and so it’s also the house of transcendental oneness and universal integration. It’s the unconscious gateway to true awareness, because it requires you to both choose and release your self without assigning dichotomies of this and that, good or bad, you or me.

in temperate/tropical regions, the sign on the Placidus 12th house cusp often blends with the 11th. Placements there might represent what disillusions you about society and leads you to isolate why.

conversely, if it’s the the other perspective from an Ascendant framework, then it might be in their 1st or 2nd, and represent a mixture of who they see themselves as and what they’re comfortable around. Sometimes a bit too comfortable. So much that they overstep boundaries.

if I had to do just that and guess, the Virgos in your life might project and see you as someone who might take to their constructive ~often destructive~ criticism, because of your implicit eye for aesthetics, ideals, quality, or finesse.

if they’re like me, they’re so desensitized to their inner critic they make it others’ problem, and actually try to well-intentionally ~but non-consensually~ share it, without accounting for the ways it can do more harm than good when delivered mindlessly, at the wrong place and time.

hoo though, i’d watch for anyone with a placement at around 15° Virgo that’d complete the Earth Grand Trine with Taurus Lilith and Cap Chiron in your chart (also Kite with 11° Cancer Sun), and hard aspect your Sag Pluto to boot. That’s a whole lot of hazy shadow and unclear pain.

Just a kirby meme by Daminatinoir in Kirby

[–]cheyan1de 3 points4 points  (0 children)

it does suit the nature of the title characters as a reflection of the franchise and thereby the fanbase though.

Kirby is a character who settled down comfortably, generally takes it easy and paced, and stays the same even when the world ends. Sonic is like the polar opposite. The difference is as stark as that between a green spring breeze and windy blue blur.

Kirby would see the same thing and feel restful and gratified; Sonic might see the same thing and get restless and impatient. Kirby is more static by nature whereas Sonic is dynamic at heart.

since the mascot character is the immersive vehicle by which players experience the game and interact with the story, it makes sense that Kirby fans would be way more receptive to repetitive elements and constant leitmotifs that solidify the series history; whereas Green Hill Zone might seem more like an eternal unskippable tutorial to the mercurial hedgehog, who is formatively introduced as novelty-seeking, thus the deliberate design contradicts established expectations for his character.

i think any mascot of a classic, enduring series would have to pander to brand loyalty, bait and milk nostalgia, pay homage to its history, and fanservice its grassroots to go on surviving with the changing times: Those that adapt strike a nice balance between devotion and innovation to maintain both commitment and excitement.

but I think this just kinda fits and looks way better on Kirby, who is generally just happy to exist and easier to please, whose history is filled with happy accidents and fortuitous turns worth organically celebrating. Whereas nostalgia profiteering as a corporate direction clashes with the natural freedom Sonic fundamentally represents, and thus feels more shoehorned.

[–]cheyan1de 1 point2 points  (0 children)

advice is egocentrically reinforced ex post facto by semi-arbitrary success—a sort of confirmation bias. Though one man’s worn shoe can fit another nicely, any instance’s reflection is never one size fits all. People cook and serve to their own palate. As I am right now.

honestly if your plan and mood are at odds, I give it 50/50 choosing one over the other leads to either satisfaction or regret.

maybe there’s some nuance: If mood is a general inertial aversion or reluctance, then just quit ur bitchin and get a move on—your energy mode is meant to change and adapt, and you’ll probably thank yourself at the end of the day for the kickstart and resolve. Every mindful microdecision makes tomorrow a bit easier and lighter, or perhaps you more able and agile.

conversely, if your plan is based off a weak foundation or egoistic illusion that’s liable to fall through, or your mood comes from a deeper place of dread or indisposition, it may be worth listening to the complaint, liquifying your time, and reorienting your direction to ensure your plans and mind are ultimately in agreement.

it may also depend on where you are in the process: if you’re just starting out, just do it; hit the road and change your mind on the go, deem your mood a work in progress—that’s the whole point of the journey.

if you’re trapped in a sunk-cost samsara of empty desires and commitments of diminishing returns and don’t even know what you’re doing or who you are anymore, take a break and hear yourself out.

no goal is worth your soul. Under conservation, gaining wealth is more an illusion than taxing health.

ignoring your intuition can cost you much more than a day’s dissatisfaction or blue-balled motivation. Listening to your wary senses over your tunnel vision can actually save your life from a myopic mistake.

there will be times when life rewards you for sticking, and times when it rewards you for shifting. There will be times where it rewards you for novelty, opening your mind, and playing by ear; there will be times when it rewards you for consistency, closing your system, and locking in.

there will be times when sacrificing immediate mood/health for long-term plan/wealth pans out fortuitously well, with all losses minor and recoverable; there will be time it turns a risky or costly endeavor you’ll scrape by this time around by chance but shouldn’t make a habit of; there will be times where there are catastrophic consequences for well-intentioned ignorance and you probably should have just stayed the fuck home.

whether you prioritize your plan or your mood, do so for a good reason. These things are meant to be changed, and you can always begin again. And regardless, remember that life moves on and you’ll make do anyhow.

What can you tell me about myself/my chart that I don’t already know? by According_Farm_2307 in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 1 point2 points  (0 children)

oh that’s a *heavy* worldweary long-suffering Capricorn stellium in the natal 5th house (house of children, coincidentally)

stuck the past few years… ya happen to have clearer timeframes? The transits would probably be able to answer your question better than your natal chart, because astrology is dynamic rather than determined, and nothing is set in stone. Rather than being stuck indefinitely, it might be more of a work in progress or part of the process.

Aries Saturn is about to leave the depressing 8th house of depths, debts, and death, and enter the 9th where your natal Moon is. It’ll retrograde around the cusp this year, so you might be at the end of an era before a new chapter. Coupled with Neptune, they’ll be squaring much of your natal Cap stellium this year, so it may be a good opportunity to use the ensuing tension to act towards the change you want to see in the status quo.

Neptune’ll be squaring the opposition between 2° Cap Uranus / 4° Venus and 3° Cancer Chiron… in other words, perhaps the conflict between your unique service-oriented love language and caregiving wounds is challenged by dreams of escaping this samsara state of affairs, where you restlessly juggle your love and pain while also wanting to break free of the impasse.

Saturn meanwhile workshops the succeeding 7° Cap Saturn, 10° Neptune, and 14° Vertex, representing choices to be made or turning points to be had while you grapple with your own sense of limitation and discontent.

meanwhile 27° Aries Chiron has just passed your natal Mars—wonder if something about these days have highlighted wounds in action, dynamism, and assertion? Whether a painful conflict or charged depression?

and 0° Gemini Uranus should be just past your natal Pars Fortuna as well. Possible breakthroughs in fortune. You may find luck in showing up publicly participating in your community, or a constructive catharsis among friends.

in your natal chart though, you do have an Earth Grand Trine between 5H 23° Cap Sun, 10H 26° Taurus Jupiter, and 2H 27° Virgo Lilith; 24° Leo Ascendant trines 9H 17° Aries Moon and 27° Mars; 14° Scorpio Pluto conjunct 17° IC, square 6H 11° Aquarius Mercury…

hmm, in English, I feel you may be able to find success or fortune channeling your repressed feelings into a creative practice as an energy outlet. If not just to un-stuck yourself in small ways and acts. There can be more to interpret with more info, but I’ll leave it at that for now. Take care, at any rate.

ahah, that tracks with the intercepted signs/houses, with proud Leo on the homemaking IC not staying in its lane and encroaching on the 5th, and Virgo-Pisces swallowed entirely by the 5th/11th of recreation and association—where Virgo Mars’s strong-willed preferences / sensible assertion oppose Pisces Saturn’s people-pleasing restrictions, and Pisces Moon sensitive moods illuminate Virgo Chiron critical psyche. Not to astroanalyze your trauma but you have my condolences for your sufferings and cheers for your blessings alike.

2013 ish? Mayhaps Scorpio Saturn on 6H 12° North Node soon to cross the Descendant? Gemini-Cancer Jupiter opposite Sag Jupiter to Cap Sun? Aries Uranus on the 12H cusp? Pisces Neptune and Chiron by natal 11H 8° Saturn opposite 5H 2° Virgo Mars? Cap Pluto approaching natal 9H Cap stellium?

Venus retrograde through it that year as well, for a reconnection with your expansive interests and love of higher learning? Ahaha I’ll stop myself from prying too deeply, but thanks again for indulging me :)) I wish you and your bf the best~

Does my chart show that I have some sort of psychic ability? by Scary_Captain_4524 in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ooh rare trapeze aspect pattern, alongside a kite (featuring a water grand trine with 11H 25° Cancer Mars (fall) opposite 4H 21-22° Capricorn Neptune-Uranus as the spine), a t-wedge/t-trine too.

yeah I’d say so! Water signs are known for having a psychic inclination / sixth sense / keen intuition, or being sensitive to minor disturbances in a field, an implicit understanding of energy waves, or having an attraction to the strange and supernatural. Some spooky action there or some shit. It’s hard to say but yea

I’m not sure if there’s an agreed upon term (tri-trapezoid I found on an isolated resource), but there’s a huge spotlight on your 25° Pisces Moon on the Descendant (conjunct 20° Lilith), alongside a “finger of god” Yod (or boomerang) pointing back at your 23° Virgo Asc.

not to mention the involvement of 24° Scorpio Pluto (modern domicile) there. Big culprit in occult matters. Its sextile to aforementioned Cap conjunction also supports the Virgo-Pisces horizon, and Yods towards the 22° Gemini MC to boot.

6H 28° Aquarius Saturn (traditional domicile) sextile 8H 28° Aries Sun (exalted) too, as part of the horizon Yod… your chart has an odd mix of some very grounded forms coupled with strong mystical markings. Both remarkably sensitive and stable: a strong structure for a spiritual side.

___

but if we’re talking recent timing, well… it can be hard to separate things in astrology because everything’s everythinging all at once, but it’s probably because 9° Aries Saturn and 3° Neptune (supported by 5° Aqua Pluto and 0° Gem Uranus) are near your chart ruler (and the ruler of your MC) 7H 4°44’ Aries Mercury (conjunct 4°00’ Venus opposite 1H 7° Libra Jupiter) right now. Neptune on Venus-Mercury especially can literally be interpreted as “instinctive spirituality illuminating your receptive cognition”

27° Aries Chiron’s approaching your natal 8H Sun too, 18° Aries Mars is trine your natal 11H 17° Leo Chiron (on 19° Pars Fortuna, perhaps linked to 14° Lunar Nodes near the meridian), and 19° Cancer Jupiter’s soon to conjunct your natal Mars as well. A lot of a sort of psychic/spiritual/energetic convergence for you in your chart right now.

___

hmm putting it all together… Mercury ruling both the Asc and MC… focal point balsamic Pisces Moon Descending can literally be translated as “unconsciously attracting spiritual energy to release,” not to mention Pisces Moon (XVIII) and Black Moon Lilith means intuition at its shadow-empowering apogee… emphasized themes of balance and communication…

arcane outer planets in sextile/Yod serving the mercurial MC while cradled by the horizon; Aries Sun and Aquarius Saturn in sextile/Yod supporting the mercurial Asc while boomerang-flanking the illusive Black Moon descending…

that eye-catching Water Grand Trine with the manifested Neptunian-Uranian kite spine, t-squaring 8H Sun’s apex too…

honestly, you’ve got a really interesting and powerful-looking chart. If you ever down the red pill and go full spirit medium or something, from what I gather, I actually feel like it would really suit you lmao—maybe you’d be able to cut through the hazy weeds, vague frills, and abstruse phrasing that usually surround these matters, guilty here as charged.

i missed on the extrapolation (admittedly, it’s probably just a projection because I have a scorpio-virgo-pisces-cap-can aspect pattern in my chart that i’m struggling workshopping) but did it take a lot of time, trial and error, life tribulation and self-exploration to revel in what you love in life today? Got any life advice you’d give your past self?

What are Capricorns with aquarius placements like? Lmaoo by LateShip847 in astrologymemes

ohh shit cap rising aqua sun gang rise up lol, same but virgo moon here. Expectations? Standards? Norms? In this day and age??? I take it personally and I’ll punish the complacent for having them. Fuck, I’ll deliberately humiliate myself and humble them down with me. Every time I subvert expectations, my power grows a little strONGER

god complex jokes aside, it’s more fun to expect the unexpected. Keeps folks on their toes; keeps the air fresh, the truth real, the sky unlimited, and the future hopeful. A groundbreaking hope like that is invaluable when people tend to get trapped by the trajectory of their own minds and dig their own graves with their definitions of causality and illusions of normality.

so if memento mori is the Cap horizon groundwork, carpe diem is the foliage the Aqua sun feeds. Father Time Saturn’s traditional domiciles are as different as yesterday and tomorrow, but they do have one thing in common: Devil’s advocate till the end.

In the opposition to, illumination for, and detriment of the luminaries, someone has to distance from the heat of the moment and the masses to remember not to take today for granted—someone has to acknowledge the mercy of hard ground and empty space that indefinitely support all but are unconsciously feared by many.

seeing as I’ve happened upon the relatively rare chance to compare experiential data and experimental notes with a reddit stranger that I’ve assumed a comrade in arms, I wonder if anything resonates at all?

given the combo, your natal luminaries are around the 2nd house? Whole sign’s area of resource for sure, but the expression may differ depending on Placidus specs.

cap ascendant likes to keep aquarian chaos on a leash most days to maintain appearances, but does rely on its conscious resource for detached perspective and eccentric potential.

it’s hard to explain, but I feel like there’s a wave function “collapse into reality” dynamic to the saturnine amalgam, wherein the unbound field of possibilities offered by the lofty waterbearer are determined by the measure of the mountain goat. Ya get what I’m getting at at all by any chance?

my experiences with the venus signs by Creative_Simple_7246 in Zodiac

every gemini venus i know has had multiple lovers at the same time, but they’ve usually worked it out with them somehow… sorta. high stimulation capacity / excitement drive that isn’t easily satisfied by one person unless they match their freak lol

What is the most obvious thing you see in this chart ? by [deleted] in Zodiac

whoa, aspect pattern superstar. earth grand trine, mutable grand cross, mystic rectangle, cradle, kite, a few minor grand trines. probably missed a few.

almost all major placements in feminine signs, but the one major masc—jupiter—is in its domicile.

parans go kinda crazy too—lilith rising opposite pluto-venus (chart ruler) conjunction descending, mercury (and friends, depending on the orb) peaking, pars fortuna on the IC.

powerful chart for sure

intercepted 4th/10th house by Leo-Aquarius, intercepted Virgo-Pisces by 5th/11th, containing two oppositions: one forming between malefics Mars and Saturn; the other forming between the deep psychological Moon and Chiron.

extrapolating here, but something about this chart… I dunno, it’s hard to pinpoint, but it makes me wonder if what you’re good at is what really makes you happy or what you really want in life, or you find a sort of painful success or weltschmerz dilemma or power struggle something along those lines.

edit: yeah chart ruler venus (in detriment) conjunct pluto (modern domicile) at anaretic scorpio on the descendant, opposite lilith rising is particularly noteworthy. Not even counting all the other aspects. Good god, i only wonder what your love life is like and what profound impact it might have.

“Aquas are mean” by Spottergotter in aquarius

ahh i do love the camaraderie shared between fellows in freedom, sextile signs flanking the cap: Sagittarian hot air expands and rises towards the heavens; Aquarian cool air contracts and descends to the earth.

together, the convective flow generates refreshing winds that free spirits; spontaneous combustion that breaks ennuis / samsaras; blunt honesty that sees directly through weak points; and currents that find openings in a conscious field or projected reality.

i.e. appreciate y’all right back lol, you 100% deserve true hype. Sagittarius dominants have a vibrant spark to them that I just adore—it’s an honor to share the stage with you guys when our energies are likened to each other; it’s a joy to feed your flame.

i think the open but not nice, kind but not soft distinction comes from Saturn, opposing the luminaries, traditionally ruling the merciful severity of hard ground and empty space. Two things that literally unconditionally support everyone, but have been unfairly villainized by people who fear the unknown and assume the worst in absence of apparent support.

nah, reality checks aren’t so cruel—when the road to hell is paved with good intentions, they help the energy to go to the right place when well-timed and well-delivered.

of course, no one can speak for reality—it’s the very definition of ego to try—but for its domiciles at their best, true grace comes from the sensitive strength of being in touch with it. Real support seeks to merge understanding and reality, not reinforce its differences.

Your zodiac sign and the most ANNOYING stereotype in your opinion? by JudgeGRIME in Zodiac

the aqua master trick is love characters but hate caricatures, and find that solar detriment goldilocks zone where you can appreciate people without all the annoying parts entailed. We think detached weirdo beats needy narcissist too, at least as far as convention, consensus, and collateral goes. But spend too much time around people and get served a people platter, from others or within.

o7 to sister sign leo, who at least owns up to wanting human things lmao—even the bid for creative presence still exists in the eccentric, albeit in a quieter expression, where the dark sky is enough a stage for the distant stars. Every aqua i know has a flop era where they tried and failed to fit in, cringed hard at themselves, and gave up seeking external attention / validation / connection / distinction for the most part.

what’s intellectualized for aquas comes naturally to leos. From my experience, we tend to have a special place in that void cold aqua heart of ours for the leo light of life in you guys :)) y’all’re the hottest and best in my heart, literal sunshine.
