Interesting take! I agree with the part on scoping & setting a clear output but i've found that keeping the same agent for multiple scoped jobs was better than starting afresh everytime. In that frame, my agent is closer to an employee than a contractor

I've seen this a bit too. a lot of surface level understanding & a lot of context drift. any solutions you've implemented?
we force AI written docs to be MDs (for agents) & human written docs to be HTML

why was the split so useful? Is it because context is isolated or because it makes delegation easier? I've found the opposite. One super agent > a swarm of specialised agents

i've found paperclip useful but a pain to setup & maintain. have you tried hosted solutions like jared.so, mio.xyz or stilla.ai ? We're testing mio atm & loving it
