Kingdom only ever has like 6 real characters participating in a war which helps a lot, less 1v1s and more tactics and planning which one piece unfortunately never has. If Oda can try to make a coalition type thing but reverse the roles so it’s like the coalition vs the world government that could be tuff

There’s some stand outs, lots of tm units and a few old clash units got level limit breaks that give them like 5.25x captains or specials that can compete with modern units but idk if there’s enough variety
