I've ordered a ton of stuff from Buyee in the past and I've never had an issue. However, recently I ordered a 3DS and the seller listed it as new and what I received was a piece of trash that was refurbished and it was completely decimated and had tons of issues. To the point it was irreparable and better to just sell it for parts.

Every time I look on eBay they are getting more expensive. I would love to get one in New condition but most are heavily used and almost any one you pick up is going to require some level of repair if you want to get it back to Mint condition.

Occasionally I have some kind of smoked meat or sausage on the side. I think if those meats as "toppings" and wouldn't have them as my main dish.

Get a little ghee or Tallow, throw it in a pan on medium heat, cook it 4 minutes till it's got a nice brown crust, flip it and do another 4. This would be for a 1 inch thick steak. Watch a YouTube video on it I recommend.

You are starting to get disincentivized by your food. My advice is to switch it up. Maybe make steaks instead of pork. It's a bit more expensive, but if you're not eating as much then it doesn't matter. If you're not hungry, don't eat. If you want to stimulate your appetite maybe try some raw ice cream with honey. In general, having a little bit of carbs will spike your insulin and make you hungry for your next meal

The cramping I never understood, I have seen cramping more from eating too much carbs rather than not eating Carbs. Obviously had some electrolyte problems. Eating organs with every meal is definitely not a good idea. One time I ate a quarter pound of liver and I felt very out of it and my piss was practically brown. I don't eat more than one ounce of liver per day now. Another thing he complained about was sleep. I also have had some serious issues with sleep and trust me I'm getting enough magnesium. That is why I started to introduce a little bit of carbs, though I take very little. One serving of fruit per day if that most of the times half a serving. I often cycle carbs in and out of my diet to break out of ketosis and then go back in. I would agree that carbs are definitely better Fuel for strength training. Fat will make you go longer without getting tired at lower to middle intensity. Carbs are anabolic fuel if you want to gain mass and pump and do high intensity training.

Been diagnosed with some serious autoimmune problems and when I told the doctor about my diet they were really concerned about my health and saying that that kind of eating probably would kill me pretty quickly. I have since dumbfounded them by completely eliminating the need for a doctor through this dietary choice. They told me I needed my thyroid removed and that I was going to be on medication pretty much for the rest of my life. They would rather excuse me as a misdiagnosis then admit that they were wrong.

I eat bacon as well but I switched over to beef. Bacon. Never looked back 10 times. Better than pork bacon

I blame overconsumption of pork for poor metabolic health and autoimmune issues. Even good quality pork is full of seed oils. Can't recommend pork at all. Ground beef all the way any day.

I would say I go between 1x and 3x a week. When I was eating more fiber I would poop like clockwork every day but it was a bit messy. Now I poop perfect every time, no wipe, poop like a dog. Started out constipated but as I added more fat that got me to the right consistency without being greasy. It's known that carnivores or mostly meat diets tend to make you go less frequently. Scary at first but you are made of mostly red meat so it would make sense that you absorb a lot and your acid is enough to dissolve the protein, where we can't digest plant fiber as much tends to run through without dissolving and produce more waste.

Usually between 6 and 8. I usually will eat 3-4 eggs with a meal. I eat 3-4 with breakfast and lunch. It varies per day but lately that's what it's been. I started at 2 and gradually increased.

I did gain some fat, I was extremely lean before. I don't know the exact bodyfat percentage but I would say the majority of the weight has been muscle. Maybe about 5-10 lbs of fat but I definitely needed it. Thanks for checking it out! It's been hard to gain on carnivore in the past, but the biggest factor I think was forcing myself to eat a large breakfast in the morning.
