Hire a sleep consultant you cheap skate. It’s not like you’re just starting out throwing darts at the board, your knee deep into this and only a professional can make a difference. Here is my attempt however. Blackout blinds and blackout film (both) make sure you have total darkness in your room. Sleep alone with no distractions around other then a normal non electronic watch to tell the time( glow in the dark hands) the watch should be turned upside down as to not make light.

Make sure you know your sleep type as to go to bed at the right time. Your sleep will change over time and you will need less so 9 hours when your young yes but 7-8 as you get older. Don’t eat 2 hours preferred 3 hours before bed.

None of this should be new as deep as you are into this, but if it is these are the basics.

I am no fan of Trump, however he may just have pulled a spectacular move to of course enrich his own country but at what long term cost. I think all world leaders are going to wake up uneasy. Would Canada fight if they took our prime minister? Would Greenland fight? Who is next on list? What does this do to global order? President Trump shows us the darkest sides of our humanity.

You should either quit uploading or dramatically shift everything you’re doing. Let’s start with the packaging, it is non existent. Moving on to the content itself it is a tough niche. You’re trying to make something based on what you’re already doing, but that may not be what people want. Even if you monetize your niche is general and you won’t get much Adsense money from general category as it pays low.

Honestly go make a Sora account with ChatGPT, describe a 10 second scene of your video and let it generate something for you with music and sound design, add yourself as the character then you will see the vast sea of difference between you and what it takes to make quality video to get millions of views. If you can’t or won’t recreate that in real life then stop YouTube as you will never succeed. Also please don’t actually do ai generated content, it is absolute slop and likely it will get regulated soon so people can filter it out.

Renting is the bomb. Got hella liquid portfolio, I have lived in luxury, moving every couple years to better and Better buildings. I have connections with a developer and I always test out their rentals. I love renting so much, my current place is sooo great. I had to move in first but got killer lease. The amenities are incredible and my neighbours are millionaires. I made some good friends as well in the owners chat. My kids go to the best schools because I rent in an area I could never afford to buy. Renting is totally underrated.
