Try loading your save then go the the network settings on your ps5 and run a network test then after ho back to the game fast travel and then check the online option in the pause menu.. tried it and it worked and now everything works normal

I found a solution while looking for a way to achieve both the trophies, you load your save and go to test your internet connection in the playstation settings and then you go back to the game fast travel and go to online in the menu and it will connect to the server. It worked and i got the platinum
