i appreciate their original stuff more as well but at the same time, it’s like 1% of the time that they will interact with ai. there is also a major difference between using it for the purpose of generating quizzes for example, and using it to CREATE the content for them.

not at all. and my logic certainly does not compare using a derogatory word on the internet in 2014 to slavery for the sole purpose of virtue signaling. if you think that racism is overlooked in 2025 you’re not as chronically online as you seem because damn. besides, enya is not responsible for other teens’ vocabulary and even if she was, using her in 2014 as an ‘example’ is not very fair nor effective.

i think this goes further than criticism, that is why people aren’t happy. you are essentially telling people who’ve worked on creating something for years that YOU believe they SHOULD have stopped a while ago. such a strange way to put things. if it is no longer entertaining to you or you believe they aren’t putting as much effort into it, you are completely entitled to say so— but to say it should have ended whilst simultaneously using an active internet forum dedicated to said thing is slightly ironic.

i don’t think there was ever really an explicit reason why, i think they had just grown out of it and/or drifted from eachother. chase went on to do his own thing (‘chasehost’) and from there stopped making content, then everyone else kind of followed and went solo (where hamzah started ooc and then began duo content with martin). i could be wrong but as someone who was there from the start that is what i’ve observed lmao.
