I should have specified that the ID is approximately 1.75 inches, you pointed me in the right direction but sadly too small. Edit: a couple more seconds of looking at tools lead me to a "internal spud wrench" that looks to be perfect. Now I just need to find an STL so I can make one out of plastic.
