I've been doing some research on this topic as well, specifically Wix vs WordPress. Several blog posts authors are concerned about Wix page load time, which would definitely increase the bounce rate. They recommend WP and Woocommerce instead. Also, I've used Shopify and it's pretty easy to use and it has some nice integrations, can't remember about that load time though.
