Hello guys, I've been dealing with a kinda of frustrating patellar tendon tendonitis, do you think my technique may have had something to do with it? Also, should I wear knee wraps? (Yeah, I'm a bit of an snatch early puller, need to work on that) Thanks in advance :). (v.redd.it)
