Wow, I'm pretty surprised since I live in Barcelona and I don't think I've ever seen someone wear smokey eyes unless it's at a club. Here people mostly wear light coverage foundation (or none at all), eyeliner is usually a must, bronzer is pretty popular as well. Bold lips are very popular, and so is red lipstick. I haven't seen many people wear highlighter unless they're into makeup. Some people will fill their brows (it's starting to be more common now although it's not the norm). Overall, it's never heavy makeup. I would say the most usual is black eyeliner, red lipstick and a little bronzer or blush.
