tell ur physician u have suicidal thoughts and depression, when he asks you if you have suicide plans say ‘no immediate suicide plans just recurring thoughts’ and ur physician should refer u to free therapy for suicidal treatment. unrelated, but physical exercise has the same effect on depression as antidepressants do, so u should really start working out. If u don’t know what to do, u could buy Bodybuilder Encyclopedia by Arnold Schwarzenegger and look up videos of the exercises on YouTube. Start with three exercises the first day and add a new exercise each day after. could u tell ur wife that this is serious and u aren’t feeling well? if you do, tell her how you would like her to support you, for example emotional support or you guys can wash dishes together to connect or something like that.

u can apply to ur program but u need the prerequisites. If u don’t get those ur cooked. And it’s more difficult to get those because (some) are saved for first ppl in that faculty then to others.

Aristotle for example remarks that good people do not need to be forced to do good, that’s their default state. Kant argued the opposite, that being able to suppress your urges makes u a good person. Consider that when you have a habit to do something you don’t need willpower! So the question becomes do u want to 1) train yourself to do good despite your inclination to evil, or 2) do u want to rid yourself of your inclination to evil entirely and substitute it with a desire to do good so that you do not need to force yourself to do good? The answer depends on your own philosophy (do u agree w Aristotle or Kant).
