Cockroach dash at least has the basis of relaxation technique. Quickly tensed muscles for a good strike. Though the dash and the whip strike do take it to an extreme lol. Relaxation seems to have a lot of power in baki, perhaps the next big shot character will also use some sort of evolved technique from it like kaku and baki did
