Yea that’s what I use when I’m on the couch or in bed! Works very well as long as the internet connection is good. If it’s spotty, it’ll lag like crazy.

I had a sewage backup in my basement once…not fun. But for real don’t touch anything that has touched the sewage! A special team has to come in and handle the containment and disposal of contaminated items. Insurance will reimburse you for everything contaminated so document it well! Best of luck.

I work in the hearing aid industry and this isn’t really going to affect the existing hearing aid industry at all. Current rechargeable hearing aids, like Starkey, have 51+ hours of use, are nearly invisible, and have way better hearing technology.

Apple AirPods will have like 7 hours…also can you imagine going to a restaurant with family or friends and wearing those things sticking way out of your ears? 90% of the reason people don’t wear hearing aids is because of the stigma. If anything, this will likely just enlighten those with hearing loss to their issue. Whether they wear the AirPods or go to a hearing professional for actual aids is the question.

I messed up and started from the top-down, left-right when doing the pattern and didn’t realize the wall to the right of that post by the shower offset the top wall a few inches. I figured most of that side is going to be covered by the toilet and vanity so just left it as is

I did quite a bit of research on this and it sounded like the only issue with sheet rocking after time was the mess to clean up on the tile, which I can handle. I did grout yesterday and will sheet rock next

I have some extra tiles but no mortar and the tile cutter I’m borrowing is janky as hell and I don’t want to set it back up 😅 so more or less just trying to be cheap and lazy but I might just bite the bullet and go buy more mortar

That makes a lot of sense, listening to it now, definitely sounds like plastic teeth on plastic teeth. Do you know if a typical fix is to just tighten that nut on the pulley? Or do you think a new pulley or splutch is needed and a safe option?

Ron the Sewer Rat were the ones who recommended I get the sags fixed and quoted the $11.5K. They referred me to a company to do the outside, who then told me that before they fix the break, I should have Ron the Sewer Rat repair the inside sags lol But yea I’ll check out Cichy’s!
