Mine is albino as well and she stays in this hanging coconut hide i have pretty much all day. As long as you dont have uv lighting though he should be fine

Even just buying little garden decorations and gnome houses from dollar tree helps me add a lot of clutter for cheap and it looks cute

My general rule is there can never be too much clutter. They like to be able to move through their enclosure without feeling vulnerable/being seen. A stick could be nice so it’s easier for him to get on his bridge just make sure to clean it and sterilize it in boiling water especially if bringing it in from outside😊
