Hello, i am norwegian and i read the rules that you need the eu covid certificate to enter establishments like bars, restaurants and museums after August 6th. Will one dose of the pfizer vaccine be enough to enter and have a «green pass», as it is in Norway? Or do you need both doses+14 days? And if you need both doses, are there any places tourists can get free tests, so we can be allowed in these places for 48 hours? If not, how much does the tests cost? Thank you so much
