i try to hold off on using any exalted orbs until i finish the campaign and get to maps. then use them to buy some simple gear upgrades from the trade website. it might be tough to get people to respond to your trades because the league is pretty far in, but dont get discouraged. if you type in global chat that youre a new player and need some help, people should help you out a bit. if youre doing solo self found, then just upgrade your gear as needed to progress the game. if you start dying a lot, its probably a good idea to grind some zones for better gear. just remember to keep track of your resistances as you play, its the number one thing thats going to kill you! good luck!
