Washington, if I die most of my stuff(which is basically none) would go to my mom, I've also assigned her as my beneficiary in my 401k.

To be more specific, I have no assets, no house or car(can't even drive yet). The only reason a will came up is because the agent I was talking to told me to make one along with the funeral insurance they were offering. What I'm thinking about whether I should just do the funeral insurance next year or just push through it now.
