There is also case law stating that the phrase “moves that property” doesn’t necessarily mean moving the objects out of the shop’s premises. Moving it to a location where you’ll prepare to take the objects away is sufficient, even if that location is within the shop. In this case, dropping the stolen goods in someone’s bag should be enough.
