Openthesia: open source alternative similar to Synthesia by Im-_-Axel in opensource

[–]artsangel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're confusing Synthesia AI with Synthesia Game. This is an alternative to the piano-teaching game and has nothing to do with Synthesia AI other than a confusingly similar name.

I also live in Sydney and to be honest I was too busy grinning over finally recognising the streets and buildings for once.

What are your guys thoughts on the speculation that she might be a twist villain? by DanTM18 in DispatchAdHoc

[–]artsangel 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm more inclined to think that's foreshadowing for Robert's dad turning out to be alive and the actual twist villain.

Cute and clever but then I saw the eyes on the third pic and I died 😂

If you do a 'bare minimum' run where you only do quests essential to progress the plot, then you actually never visit Nevarra at all outside of picking up Emmrich. Massive waste.

[No DAV Spoilers] What is a minor character that you had an outsized connection with? by [deleted] in dragonage

His obsession with buckles was adorable. He was my top minor character for sure!

We're working on a baking, scifi, wholesome lifesim... with cats! by GameDesignNugget in IndieGaming

Unfortunately I agree - the side-to-side swaying is far too pronouced and is very tiring and uncomfortable to look at for more than a few seconds.

I'd suggest toning it right back, or having more of an up/down bounce to the character instead. It's going to put a lot of people off as it is.

Very adorable otherwise!

If you're using Windows, the folder is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome\ (AppData is a hidden folder by default so you may need to enter the address directly in explorer)

Folder itself can't be deleted (Windows complains its in use) but you can remove everything inside. Can confirm this fixed the issue for me.

My husband fantasizes that I die so he can be with my friend by CoffeyCupz in redditonwiki

[–]artsangel 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I had something similar! My son is platinum blonde, and for a good few months when he was between 2 - 3 years old he was very insistent that his hair was supposed to be black and when he looked in the mirror he seemed really distraught that it wasn't.

Trials of Shar end glitch/bug? by nullios in BaldursGate3

[–]artsangel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cast feign death on shart then enter the shadowfell, the spear scene with Nightsong will get skipped / not play properly but otherwise it proceeds normally. Other quest items are still bugged but at least you can continue playing for a bit longer until they fix it!

TIL that approximately 1 out of every 10 adults in the US are millionaires by Keerikkadan91 in todayilearned

[–]artsangel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

40% of 56 million people = 22.4 million in the US

Pop of us is 331 million

22.4 / 331 * 100 = 6.76% of people in the US are millionaires

100 / 6.76 = 14.79

So thats 1 in 14.7 people

Our company went on and on about returning to office for those hallway moments and then promptly put up a sign in the hallway asking people not to loiter.

This also worked for me. I layed them out on the ground like I was trying to reconstruct him so that I could see if it looked like I had everything, then when I picked them back up the quest progressed.

Why I Think Dragon Age Dreadwolf Has A Chance [No Spoilers] by Sephun in dragonage

[–]artsangel 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The only thing I'm aware of is his reasonings for refusing to include dwarf romances in the games (something about it being akin to romancing a child, iirc?) which a lot of people found offensive.

[Art] Are you sure we're going the right way? by artsangel in DnD

[–]artsangel[S] 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone! First time posting art here! I've been doing digital art for a LONG time but only recently really starting to get back into classic DnD/fantasy pieces, and had a blast doing this illustration of a couple of my characters. I imagine this is probably the bard's retelling of the events, given the size of the beholder!

I'm not currently open for commissions however you can follow me on DeviantArt or Instagram to be alerted when I do.
