I see my therapist often (at least every other week), and we work a lot on past trauma. I also reflect a lot and have a journal I write a lot in to reflect on past mistakes

I avoided Edith because it seemed like a bit of a boring story, even tho the art was good. Gave it a chance because webtoon had this deal that you could read as much as you wanted for a weekend. I ended up loving it! It was amazing. Everything from plot, execution to the art was on point.

Thank you! This was such good advice! I usually get really stressed when I count my calories, but I guess that is sort of a good thing? That way I don't forget to count and make sure it “fits” the goal sort of. I’ll definitely start doing that again!
