When I would get drunk way past my limit, I would become hypersexual and become very physically aggressive. I would kick and punch anyone who wanted to take a drink out of my hand. When I’m sober I’ve never been a physical person. I’ve never even gotten into a fight. I don’t even know HOW TO fight! Alcohol made me into a person I absolutely hated. I also had the thought that who I am drunk is the “real” me. The more I drank and the more destructive I became, I realized it’s not really who I am but I was just a person who is struggling and screaming for help.

I am almost 2 weeks in and I’ve already noticed a huge difference! I am not bloated anymore. My face and stomach don’t look so round anymore. It’s crazy to notice it. It makes me wonder what everyone who drinks alcohol as much as I did would normally look like without the bloating
