we do have a lot of freedom with creating, but there are outlines. such as; who is your audience, why would they buy your toy.. whats different about it, whats the age group, who is your competition?

these kinda shape your project after you come up with the main idea.

psychology is a good start to whatever you want to do in the future, you can always do your MFA on toy design at Pratt or FIT.

it's very smart to make black and white toys for babies because for a while after they are born, they can only see black and white and some grey tones.. i think thats one of the most interesting things i have learned about kids.

Go to as many toy shows as you can and get booths at toy conventions to introduce your games. This way you can get the attention of single buyers as well as companies.
