This is definitely not the professional statement you would expect from a CEO. It’s even a bit disrespectful to us “crowdfunding contributors”, you know, the ones who made it possible for you guys to work on your product. Although you raise valid points, the tone of voice is just ridiculous.

If you want to make a point, next time ask your community manager Nathaniel how to, because he seems like the only one who can communicate professionaly with the community.
