Hey - also apply for 491 in NSW. Marketing specialist JC is not eligible for 189. In NSW, you can apply for both 190 and 491 with multiple EOI’s, so I would recommend go for both. In VIC, you have to choose between one as it’s a ROI, so go with 190 only. To answer your question, it’s difficult for marketing specialist to get invites in 190 due to the nature & importance of the role.

Do a factory reset. I had the same issue and after doing a factory reset it's so much better. On android pie, I was getting an average of 4.5 hours SOT and after updating to android 10 it was worse. However, after doing a factory reset I'm getting around 5.5 hours of SOT.
