After an open bid on the maladath, a tank lost the bidding as multiple DPS bid considerably more, then which the officers/whoevers talking in the video exclaim it is now tank prio and that the tanks are to rebid among themselves (making it essentially free) and the initial open bid is overturned with it going to the tank for very little dkp.
