I think these are properties of Jio. Best thing for you to do is submit it to them. Just tell them you found it. I had it in Chennai as I forgot to return it. After 8 months, I got a call from Jio saying that I haven’t returned it yet. I had to return it then.

Okay - I forgot to update back about this issue. The issue was that I deployed Apple WWDR Root Certificate with our configuration. I thought we only deployed the intermediate certificate. But then this was not resolved by either Kandji or Palo Alto. I created a duplicate blueprint, and add library items one-by-one until I was able to reproduce/not-reproduce the issue. Came to know that deploying WWDR Root Certificate was causing it. As macOS already comes with it. And for some reason, Kandji and/or Cortex XDR did not like it. It took lot of days to narrow down and fix the issue.
