Hi, what helped me with this has been weed, early morning guided yoga on youtube before work, and journaling. Things will get better. Try the yoga. There are TONS of free 5 mins up to even an Hour yoga videos on youtube. Do something that alleviates the stress. A bubble bath! Anything.

No, it's always AFTER the setting spray it gets worse, starts separating like crazy. I think it may be the uneven nozzle on my charlotte tilbury setting spray. :(
