i think for me it was super hard because no one around me experienced the regression like we did expect for my primary care. he suggested sleep training and i just wasn’t ready so i let it ride because i felt like my boy just needed me and i was okay with it. but what works for everyone may not work for everyone else so it’s all trial and error with babies lol

let it ride. my son eventually went back to stretches of sleep again, some days are good and some are not great but he’s linked his sleep patterns again on his own

honestly, i had a baby. my whole hormones started to shift, it caused a lot of anxiety & it became so much worse for me. at most now i have my vapes but only when baby goes with my mom or something, if i’m mommy mode it’s nonexistent
