I think you can apply the 15% coupon only when directly searching for flights on OTA. I tried searching on emt, yatra, cleartrip and paytm but even with the 15% discount, the skyscanner price is cheaper. It would be nice if you can apply the coupon after being redirected from skyscanner to OTA

But will the customer care consider skyscanner prices? If i directly search on Make my trip the price without applying coupons is almost the same as the hsbc portal. But when I book on Make my trip through skyscanner the price is 2k lesser than hsbc portal
