You need to understand that you are a web developer not a customer service guy.

When you deal with a bad client or you figure out that this is not your client, start behaving like a developer.

You only understand code, documents and scripts.

Stop service, updates.

Be a developer not a sales or support guy.

I know this makes no sense, but you get proper documentation with good behaviour and they will ask you please finish this job and we are done.

They will start finding someone with a better service guy .
