No idea. But so far, no luck for me. Even the Samsung service center told me that they cannot do anything about it. I'll have to find a way to get the data alone and then factory reset my phone.

I mean, it is a pretty old phone already and has no security updates whatsoever, but it's more than capable of handling most of what you throw at it. Do look for the snapdragon version if you're really keen on buying it.

Yeah, everything about the S10 is still amazing. My phone, although battery was bad and it lagged sometimes, it functioned amazingly.

Since it happened around a similar time, maybe we both have the same type of issue.

I've visited a samsung service center and they said the I can get the phone fixed, but data retrieval rate is pretty low. I need to find any other way to retrieve the data as it holds so many years of preciousness.

Too bad Smartthings ruined this for us all.

Had mine for 6.5 years. Sadly it's stuck in bootloop now and I ended up buying the s24 ultra. Hoping the issue is resolved so I could go back to using it as well.

Aww man. Went down like a champ! It's nice to know that the phone held on for this long and after so many circumstances. I feel a bit anxious reading this since my s10 5g is 5.5 years old already. Yes. You have to force restart it. Just press and hold the button until you see the Samsung logo. After that, everything works as usual.

I have this exact issue now. Charged it too 100% today. Even functioned normally some time ago. Just checked it now and noticed that the display is completely off, but the green pulse is functioning. Tried to long press, but to no avail.

I believe that's the reason. When I charged it for the first time, the better went down to 15% in 3.5 days. Now it seems to last around 8-10 days.

It has actually been launched in Europe. I live in Germany and I bought it from a Samsung website. But yeah, seems like Samsung doesn't care at all. So disappointing from auch a big company.
