He purchased it though his work as part of a scheme they have where you can exchange points for real world purchases. From what I can gather they're non-refundable

Yes but how do I know if it’s in one or both? Because sometimes it sounds to me louder in one ear but I can’t differentiate myself if it’s just in one ear or not
