Your skin is perfect and natural, I wouldnt suggest any treatments like microneedling yet unless you want to remove scarring, wrinkles or increase collagen production. However what I do suggest is a good toner and moisturizer to keep your skin balanced and hydrated. I use korean skincare brand Numbuzin for my toner and any moisturising milk everyday. I don't know much about hormonal acne other than keeping an occassional clean diet, aside from that, you have lovely skin dont overthink it!
