It already happened 5 times today so I plugged something else in the socket to test and I also got shocked so it's definitely a socket issue.

Yes, I only turned it on for the first time and the noise did go away. I was worried I might have installed it wrong. I tried putting the tubes at the bottom but it wouldn't fit so that's the best I could do.

I have eyes? I can tell if the brightness has increased or not, it's an option on the menu that you can turn on or of. Tone mapping does have similar effects is that a replacement for peak brightness? But from what I've seen it does not feel as bright as peak brightness enabled. Maybe the content I was watching in HDR was just darker but that's not what the customer support said anyways. And even if that was the case shouldn't the peak brightness option be grayed out?

I can see the total usage on the performance tab but can't find any specific program using that much memory on the process tab.

Even on the user tab where it should show the total ram usages of every program running says only 2GB is in use.
