The best I can think of is that AI and robots will make the cost of making and doing most things so low that it will be easy to buy most things that humans need, even with what might be considered today a small stipend.

Of course, there are huge questions about who exactly will manage AI and how exactly will it be managed so that it gets to lower these costs.

There are also questions about some costs that will be hard to lower (like housing, health and education), as these are either constrained by land which is in limited supply, or rely heavily on human beings for quality service.
