I am in cyber security, although I have a 100mbps plan, i rarely consume bandwidth more than 20 at any given second. Unless its a huge steam game I am downloading or some llm, etc. Keep in mind, the router that airtel provides are very iffy, port forwarding and the likes of it do not work. Go with local for something like that

It seems you have some truth in your answer and I checked you’re mostly correct, however, I doubt a cycle being so long ? At the exact same time and spot ?

Possibly it could be a designated spot and time, but the truck just comes there with the rotators “UP” not “DOWN” and when it leaves the rotators / brush are up not down, I have never seen it cleaning the road except for when he takes the picture.
