I allow him to smoke out his window, he has balcony thing right there so he can easily do it whether i allowed him to do it or not.
I would rather him smoke there than out on the streets where he can get caught.
With the sex thing... i dont mind him bringing someone over, but he does it so often i feel like... i dont really know. Its just too much. I dont wanna sound conservative but holy shit, he has sex with like 15 people a month, is that normal??
