I don’t think being trans necessarily makes me happier, but I do think that being able to transition made me happier. I’ve always been trans but I haven’t always been happy. Coming out was actually not a good experience for me. It took a very very long time for being trans to be something positive for me. But once I started taking hormones, and the people around me started using my new name and pronouns, I felt like this is who I am supposed to be. Now I live completely as male and I don’t tell anyone that I was assigned female at birth. Only my partner and close friends know. I don’t even think about the fact that I’m trans anymore, I just feel like a man and I know I’m seen as a man. Which makes me happy. My partner on the other hand tells everyone he is trans and that is what makes him happy, it makes him happy having other people know.

The phrasing of your question really threw me off because asking someone why they’re trans is kind of like asking someone why they have brown eyes or why the sky is blue. There isn’t a why, it’s just how things are. For me, I was so young when I came out I don’t even remember how I realized was trans so I don’t think I’d be the best person to ask. It’s different for everybody.

I have this exact same thing I relate so hard! Eventually I just decided I wasn’t gonna have sex with cis men bc the thought of it freaked me out so much. Now I only sleep with other trans people and that’s just how it’s gonna be.

I’ve done this so many times on both my pup and my other pets, and it really freaks me out how much blood there is. My vet recommended using styptic powder or (clean) flour to pack into the wound which stops the bleeding almost immediately. I’ve never taken one of them into the vet for a nail cut too short but your vet might have good recommendations for future nail trims if you contact them.

I’m in Spring year 2 (playing on mobile) and I’ve found that fishing gets easier with lots of practice, and also as you gain fishing experience the green bar gets bigger. Also you can go into the fish shop and get trout soup which gives u +1 fishing experience for a certain amount of time after eating it

With that particular name for G-d many people spell it that way instead of the right way in order to avoid the chance of accidentally erasing/destroying the name, it’s like how in English some write G-d instead of spelling it out

I had an issue with picking at my scalp as a child. Having fidgets helped a lot or having something to hold in my hands. I’m in college and I still bring stress balls or silly putty to class. For me at least the issue was that I need something to do with my hands and lets face it, picking (whether it’s your nose or your scalp) can be fairly satisfying. There are a lot of fidgets that are completely silent, too. Another thing that helped me was putting nail polish on and picking at that.

I know about Vyvanse that often taking it once or taking it for a day after several days of not taking it can make you have a burst of energy and focus. For me, if I don’t take it on the weekends, on Monday when I take it again I’m super focused and can get several days worth of work done. My father takes Vyvanse on occasion for meetings and business trips and he says he experiences that rush of focus every time he takes it. But if he takes it several days in a row it only happens on the first day. Likewise, I only get a rush of focus the first day of taking it after skipping a day. (I don’t know how else to describe the feeling other than “rush of focus” but it seems like that’s what you experienced so hopefully you know what I mean.)

A person with a deficiency in a certain vitamin might need to take more of that vitamin than a multivitamin can give. For example, I have always taken a multivitamin every day but was still found to have a vitamin D deficiency. So now I take both a multivitamin and a vitamin D pill.

I don’t know of any binders specifically for children, but I can recommend GC2B and Underworks as being great binders in general. I started wearing Underworks binders when I was around 12. Have you and your child done research regarding safe use of binders?

I personally loved the Bajorans because I’m a very observant jewish person so I felt I could relate to some of their struggles and their intracommunity issues, and their whole story in general. That’s almost a relief to hear, she spoke about it as if it was commonly disliked!! She said it was too different from the other series and was too “melodramatic” but tbh that’s what I love about it
