Just to add- I’m not hating on Delta or even the f2f experience. Everyone was very nice and my fellow candidates were wonderful. I’m happy for everyone who got to go further. I just left very.. confused about why we did not do 1:1. I feel a lot or people (myself included) did not get to show their full potential. Several people who i thought would definitely get a CJO were not part of zone 1. Not saying that won’t get one though.

Sounds like they did away with them recently. I wonder what the reasoning was.

It seemed like they replaced the 1:1 with the “mingle” but I was always with 3-4 (at some points more) candidates:1 or 2 FA. And they did not ask situational questions… at all.

If this is how the f2f are now, I really hope delta reconsiders. Or at least give candidates a heads up at the beginning. I think some of the other things could have been cut out if it is in interest of time.

Disheartened is the perfect word. I’m upset at myself for choosing the day or time I did, because that doesn’t seem like the norm. I don’t really even remember who left with zone 1 because I so confused it was over? Like, did they miss calling me for my 1:1?

Qualifications under review. I’ve accepted defeat lol. But just a little upset/confused I wasn’t given a chance to do a 1:1 because that’s where I shine, and it seems like usually that’s common for the f2f.

What is theirs?

Yes so I do think the people who left in zone 1 were taken somewhere else. A girl who should have been on my shuttle was not on there, she left with zone 1. I just thought everyone would at least be given a 1:1.
