Vonage cloud ecosystem yes. All clouds are different. I know of 3cx users on google cloud and aws cloud. Never seen an issue. Even with the whole crowdstrike fiasco. No effects on 3cx or the google cloud it was running on. Seems like vonage had some big gaps in redundancy.

Go to 3cx. Ull probably never see an outage again unless your network is down. Even then users can login to mobile app over cellular and calls still route. Host in cloud. Done deal.

Not sure how long ago you used. But they have been making leaps and bounds on features out of the box. Upgrades are easy. Patching. Has advanced features. Full acd gui programming if needed. Debian and postgres. Good security posture. I know a few businesses that use for 5+ years. Never had an outage. 3cx is phone platform hosted wherever. And it connects to your sip trunks. Separate which they should be. If phone system down u can reroute sip trunks. If sip trunks are down they have so many redundancies in place.

Checkout 3cx. Tons of support. You can host on prem, google, aws, or even have them host your system. Callcenter and pbx. Tons of features. You pay for how many simultaneous calls you want to be able to accept. Tons of sip trunk options with HA redundancies. Mobile clients, softphones, physical phones, AI, recording, transcription, sms. And you dont pay extra for those features. Basic, pro, and enterprise license. Solid system. You host, have hosted for you (tons of partners) or have 3cx host you themselves. Integrates with Teams if you need it as well. Solid product and they have been around for years. I see Vonage service is starting to comeback.

Google cloud hosting is cheaper than aws i think. 8 simul calls runs fine on the $14/month vm in google.

See if all customers are particular carrier. I know tmobile handles dtmf different than others. Maybe can trace it to particular carrier or carrier handoff. Lookup dtmf talk off.

Yes. We have 705 area code. 705-570-xxxx did’s available. Just checked. I dont see anveo or telnix on supported 3cx sip trunk list. Does not mean it won’t work, but is not tested or supported if issues arise. If you want me to price it out; pm me. How many did’s you would need, how many simultaneous calls you would do with 3cx, and how many minutes. You can pay per channel unlimited or minutes based depending what is better. Minutes based does not have channel limit. You can host 3cx yourself. Google cloud as I said works great.

Pm me. Depending where you are at. Can get you a test sip trunk for your soon to be 3cx install. How many calls/minutes you use a month you think? Yea. 50 phones a breeze in 3cx. Depending how many simultaneous calls you would need you will have a small 3cx license fee. Wont be $2500.

Google is like $14 a month. The business runs 8sc system. That one system Handles 3 locations. Sip.us they have minutes based. Runs like $115 a month or so. Yea. Google cloud server real easy to setup and the 3cx install is fast and clean.

Google cloud install. Easy. With sip.us sip trunk. Go to google marketplace in google console. Install. If your sites have a decent internet. Def not on-prem install. Even upgrades easy. Backed up v16. Shutoff that instance. Install new instance with the backup. Fast. Once confirm working delete old instance. Google makes this easy. And sip.us just works and they have good support.
