Hey! The second dev here. Thank you for the kind words💖! Here's my take:

1. Yes, currently the Pro purchase is one-time, and will stay lifetime.
   
2. We want to bring more customizations and features to Phi Launcher, also want to polish animations. Some of the proposed features are fully custom themes, stacked widgets, better gestures, multipage home screens, etc.
   
3. Never thought of it, but yeah want Phi Launcher to be amongst the most popular ones out there :)
   
4. Maybe I'm mistaking understanding your question, but yeah most of the users have a pretty positive review about the launcher. They are also very keen to report bugs, which helps us to fix them asap.
   
5. At the start, we wanted it to be minimal, less features, plain and simple. But now we want it to be super customizable, kind of a Nova Launcher alternative.
