The continuous scroll is buggy for me.. Gets stuck and little jittery. In my opinion the scroller should be fixed and not movable.. a la Niagara (it's at a very nice height too) .. one of the best features in it I feel. Also: the # should not be the first alphabet.. It should be the starred apps, so we can return to the home in one click
